Scholls Valley Lodge includes several buildings across the property that are used in different ways depending on the size and structure of each stay.

Rather than fixed configurations, access is arranged in advance to best fit your group. The overview below outlines how each space is typically used.

Upper Lodge

A central space for gathering and lodging

The Upper Lodge is one of the primary buildings on the property and is often used as a central hub for group stays.

It accommodates up to 33 guests across 9 bedrooms and includes a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces designed for gathering, dining, and shared time together.

Spaces associated with the Upper Lodge typically include:

  • Main indoor gathering areas

  • Dining spaces

  • Outdoor areas surrounding the lodge

  • The Barn (additional gathering space)

Barn

An additional gathering space connected to the Upper Lodge

Located near the Upper Lodge, the Barn provides additional flexible space for group use and is included when the Upper Lodge is part of a stay.

It is often used for:

  • Group gatherings and activities

  • Shared meals or casual events

  • Flexible overflow space depending on the structure of your stay

Lower Lodge

A separate space for gatherings and accommodations

The Lower Lodge offers a large open gathering space along with lodging accommodations, making it well-suited for groups that need both meeting and sleeping space in one area.

It accommodates up to 20 guests across 9 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

Features include:

  • Large open gathering space (up to 100 guests)

  • Two conference-style rooms

  • On-site lodging with private bathrooms

  • Access to surrounding outdoor areas

Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse provides additional sleeping space for 10 and is typically used to accommodate larger groups.

It offers a simple, comfortable setting with access to the surrounding property, including views of the valley and nearby outdoor areas.

Cabins

Two private cabins are located on the property, each featuring:

  • A queen bed

  • Full bathroom

The cabins are connected by a shared deck and are often used to provide additional privacy or supplemental lodging for group stays.
