  • Date choice affects pricing greatly! For example, Saturdays are only rented as weekend stay, and have the highest rate. The time of year also impacts pricing. The summer season (May – October) will have the highest pricing of the year. April and November and Summer non-Saturdays are a beautiful time to get married and can save you considerably on your site fee and catering minimum.

  • Pricing varies by season, group size, dates, length of stay, and how the property is used. Peak season is May - October.

    Because every stay is unique, we provide customized proposals tailored to your group and your plans.

    Average Investment is $10,000

  • Your reservation fee includes venue access, overnight accommodations when reserved, wedding suites, parking (with attendant*), tables and chairs, takedown* and on-call venue support during your reservation.

    * Included in weekend reservations only.

    We aim to keep pricing clear and straightforward. In addition to your reservation rate, the following may apply:

    • 9.45% lodging tax applied to the overnight portion of your stay

    • 3% credit card processing fee (checks & cash are accepted with no fee)

    • $1000 Refundable security deposit held for damages or incidentals

  • We do not hold dates. Reservations are confirmed once a signed agreement and required deposits are received.
    Bookings are secured in the order they are fully completed.
