UPPER LODGE

The Upper Lodge serves as the central space for most stays at Scholls Valley Lodge, offering a balance of comfortable lodging and shared gathering areas.

With a warm, light-filled interior and access to both indoor and covered outdoor spaces, it provides a natural setting for groups to come together—whether for meetings, retreats, or time spent connecting.

Rooms are arranged to support group stays, with a mix of private and shared accommodations. Additional lodging can be added through other spaces on the property if needed.

Outdoor & Covered Spaces

The Upper Lodge includes access to outdoor areas that extend the experience beyond the interior.

  • Patio and lawn areas for gathering

  • Open space for breakout sessions or downtime

  • Views of the surrounding property

The reservation also includes access to the Barn, a large covered outdoor space that provides additional flexibility for group use. The Barn is commonly used for meetings, shared meals, or as a weather-protected gathering area.

This combination of indoor and covered outdoor space allows groups to move comfortably throughout the day and adapt to changing needs or weather.

From here, groups can:

  • add additional lodging (Lower Lodge, Bunkhouse, and/or Cabins)

  • or keep the experience centered entirely within the lodge and barn spaces
