The Lower Lodge offers a balance of private lodging and dedicated gathering space, making it a strong option for groups that need structure, flexibility, and comfort in one setting.

With both indoor meeting areas and access to outdoor space, it’s well suited for retreats, corporate gatherings, and multi-day group stays.

Overview

  • Sleeps up to 20 guests

  • 9 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom

Indoor capacity (flexible layouts):

  • Up to 80 guests (round tables / reception-style)

  • Up to 80 guests (classroom-style)

  • Up to 100 guests (theatre-style)

Outdoor capacity:

  • Up to 150 guests on the lawn and porte-cochère

A Space Designed For Gathering

The Lower Lodge is designed to support more structured group use while still allowing for connection and downtime.

Groups often use the space for:

  • workshops and breakout sessions

  • group meals and discussions

  • multi-day retreats with a structured schedule

The layout allows for simultaneous use of multiple areas, making it easy to move between full-group sessions and smaller breakouts.

The Lower Lodge includes 9 private bedrooms and can accommodate up to 20 overnight guests.

Each room has its own bathroom, offering a higher level of comfort and privacy for group stays.

Additional lodging can be added through other spaces on the property if needed.

Outdoor capacity currently accommodates up to 80 guests and is expected to expand to approximately 150 guests in 2027.
