Scholls Valley Lodge offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces designed to support both structured time together and quieter moments throughout your stay.
Each reservation is customized based on your group size, schedule, and how you plan to use the property.
HOW GROUP STAYS ARE STRUCTURED
We offer flexible booking options depending on the size and scope of your stay.
Most group stays fall into one of the following:
Overnight stays with access to lodging and gathering spaces
Single-day or short-duration use for meetings or structured gatherings
Multi-day experiences combining both lodging and shared spaces
Your proposal will outline the spaces included and how the property is arranged for your group.
PRICING APPROACH
Pricing is based on:
group size
length of stay
spaces used
season and timing
Because each stay is different, all reservations are quoted individually.
Smaller group stays are typically centered around the Upper Lodge and are structured as overnight experiences.
Pricing scales based on group size and use of space:
1–12 guests: small group stay
13–20 guests: mid-size group stay
21–34 guests: full Upper Lodge use
Additional lodging or spaces may be added depending on your needs.
UPPER LODGE SMALL GROUP STAY
For larger groups (typically over 40 guests), pricing is structured based on how the property is used.
This may include:
hourly or daily use of gathering spaces
expanded access to multiple buildings
overnight accommodations where needed
For extended or weekend use, additional fees may apply depending on season and duration.
LARGER GROUPS & CORPORATE GATHERINGS
Reservations are structured based on which areas of the property are included.
Minimum booking thresholds may apply depending on the level of access:
Upper Lodge
Upper Lodge + Bunkhouse
Upper Lodge + Bunkhouse + Cabins
Full property access including Lower Lodge
Your proposal will clearly outline included spaces and any applicable minimums.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your primary setup
Start with the Upper Lodge, the Lower Lodge, or both depending on your group size and how you plan to use the property.
2. Add additional lodging if needed
Expand overnight capacity with the Bunkhouse and Cabins for additional flexibility.
3. Customize your stay
Each reservation is tailored to your group, with spaces arranged to support both gathering time and overnight accommodations.
