CORPORATE PACKAGES

We truly enjoy hosting retreats and are privileged you are considering our space. Our venue has a space for everyone, with many indoor outdoor spaces, areas for breakout sessions and quiet moments. We strive to be flexible to suite your needs. Packages are based on 40 people or less.

WEEKDAY RENTAL

Monday - Thursday: 9 am check-in - 10 pm checkout
Exclusive use of the entire property, the Lodge mainfloor and two guest suites.
Deliveries, pick-up, setup, and takedown must be done within this time frame. 
Want to stay longer? Overnight stays can be added to a weekday rental.

RESERVATIONS INCLUDE

  • Exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor spaces including the Lodge, lawns, and barn

  • 150 exterior chairs, 120 interior chairs

  • Tables, dishware, and silverware

  • SVL staff member onsite for the duration of your event to manage venue related concerns

ADDITIONAL INFO

  • No catering or vendor restrictions (outside catering, food trucks, etc. are allowed)

  • Noise restrictions: outdoor activities must end by 9:30 PM (county noise ordinances apply)

  • Beer and wine only, must be served by a licensed bartender

  • No pets

  • Additional insurance required

  • The interior and exterior of the property must be left as it was found 

OPTIONAL ADD ONS

  • Let us handle the details of the day so you can be present while you gather.
    • Guest checkin: SVL staff onsite, present room keys and show guests to their individual rooms.
    • Daily refresh of the shared bathrooms inside the Lodge - empty garbage, clean the floor, stock and monitor extra toilet paper and towels.
    • Monitor that doors are closed and lights are off at the end of the night.
    • AV/Audio troubleshooting assistance.
    • Daily check in with the event lead to see if anything is needed.
    • Onsite for the duration of the event to navigate venue related event concerns.
